Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. Business days do not include weekends or holidays. Once your order is processed, it will be handed over to our trusted carriers for shipping. You will receive an email notification with your tracking number as soon as your package is shipped.
Please note that during peak seasons, such as holidays, processing times may be longer. We recommend placing orders early to ensure timely delivery during these busy periods.
3. Shipping Methods and Delivery Time

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of your order and the delivery destination. The shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you finalize your purchase.
For domestic orders, we offer free shipping on orders over $50 within the United States. For orders under $50, standard shipping rates apply.
For international orders, the shipping cost will be calculated based on the destination country, order weight, and shipping method selected. International customers are also responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email containing a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the progress of your shipment on the carrier’s website. We offer international shipping to select countries. If you are ordering from outside the United States, the shipping cost will be calculated at checkout based on your location. Please note that international shipping can take longer than domestic shipping, typically 7-21 business days depending on the destination.
Additionally, international customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, and import fees. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost and are the responsibility of the customer.
